Delivery & Shipping

Where do you ship?
For now, we ship exclusively within India.
What are your shipping timelines?
Orders ship within 7 days and typically arrive in 5-7 days after dispatch.
Are there any hidden shipping charges?
No, the product price is fully inclusive of shipping.
What is your return policy?
Returns are not accepted unless the product is received damaged. All other sales are final.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with photo or video proof to arrange a resolution.
Are custom items returnable?
No. Custom-built orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once production begins.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products include a 1-year warranty covering the internal LED components.
How does the 1-year LED replacement work?
If your LED fails within one year, we will replace it for free. The customer pays to ship the item to us, and we cover the return shipping cost.
What is the total lifespan of the LED panels?
Our high-quality LED panels have an operational life of 25,000 to 30,000+ hours (over 3 years of heavy use) before natural dimming occurs.
Does the warranty cover physical damage?
No. The warranty strictly covers electronic component failure. It does not cover cracks, scratches, moisture damage, or drops.

Are they safe to use indoors?
Absolutely. They operate on low-voltage, which minimizes electrical risks and makes them perfectly safe for indoor spaces.
What voltage do these products use?
Our products run inherently on low-voltage 5-Volt or 12-Volt systems, making them highly energy-efficient.
Is there a risk of electrical shock?
No. Because they operate on low 5V/12V DC power, our products are completely shock-proof and safe for everyday environments.
Are power adapters included in the box?
Yes! All of our products come complete with the necessary power adapters so you can plug them in right away.
Can I leave the product turned on permanently?
No. We strongly advise against running the lights continuously for more than 8 hours. Powering them down allows components to rest and extends their lifespan.

What materials are used to make these novelty items?
The structural body is made of premium, imported acrylic, pine- wood, metal, aluminium. The artwork layers utilize delicate, transparent acetate media for high-clarity illumination.
Do these lights get hot during use?
They do not get hot like traditional glass bulbs. However, due to natural heat dissipation, the lights will feel warm after continuous usage approaching the 8-hour mark.
Are these products fragile?
While the solid acrylic body is highly shock-resistant, the internal acetate media is delicate. Handle the item with care to avoid scratching the transparent surfaces.

Are they waterproof?
NO! Our products are not waterproof. Keep them completely dry and protect them from moisture.
How do I clean my LED novelty items?
Dust them gently with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Never use harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges, as they can scratch the acrylic or permanently damage the LED components.
How do I protect the delicate visual slides?
Our slides are crafted from double-coated acetate film for absolute clarity. To preserve their delicate beauty, please keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Can I adjust the length of the visual slides?
Yes! You can easily cut the tail end of the slides according to your desired display length.
